Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Time
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 10 to 15 business days from the shipping date, depending on the item and your location. Personalized items, like our custom name blankets, may take a little longer due to the time needed to prepare each one.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Multiple-Item Orders
Since our products come from different suppliers, items from the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. If you order a kit or bundle, don't worry if the pieces arrive in separate packages, this is completely normal and every item is on its way.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Delays
